Tim Steele returns to Perfectly Healthy And Toned Radio to discuss his newest book,"The Diet Hack".

Tim Steele has a master’s degree in biotechnology. After leaving the military, Tim’s weight skyrocketed to 250lbs. At the advice of his doctor, he switched to a diet thought to be healthy consisting of foods such as whole grains. After following the diet for a while, he noticed he wasn’t reducing his weight. It was then Tim decided to do research and began to “hack” his weight using potatoes and other methods.
