Vets Journey Home

Vets Journey Home is a weekend program for all veterans to help heal their emotional wounds of military service. The program was created in 1989 to work with Vietnam veterans and help them heal their hearts and bring peace to their souls. We discovered that invisible emotional wounds were also present in many veterans not on the battlefield. It is not only combat that wounds the heart. Our staff is joined by other instructors, a community of veteran and civilian volunteers, who offer a compassionate and welcoming retreat, where any story is heard without judgment.
