Victims of molestation often blame themselves for the acts that were done to them.  In their mind they deserved the stealing of innocence and joy, both physically and mentally.  They spend years hiding their secret and living through a wall of shame.  They live life feeling they don't deserve to be loved, they are not worthy.  Few ever truly release themselves of the burden they carry.  Andrea Smith is one who after 38 years, learned to move forward and live a full life, walking in victory.   When Andrea revealed her pain and hurtful experience she learned she had a gift to heal others through her tragedy.  No longer a victim  she told her story in her first book, “Restore Such A Woman” .  Her mission became to restore women with emotional hurt and inspire them with a sense of purpose. She is motivated to advocate, teach and counsel women to help them successfully breakthrough oppressive struggles and rediscover the assertive, resilient, influential leader they were created to be.
