Understanding and Deflecting the Anger of Others

On Facebook, for example, some people have been lashing at - at ideas and other people. We have seen this personally, as have others. Then they go into a rage and block a few and begin to speak negatively. Or just begin being abusive. Sad to watch and feel. So what can we do? We will share some ideas and solicit yours.

We don’t want the anger of others to infect us now in this time of change. We will focus on ways to understand the reasons for this anger and how to avoid it triggering us.
