Join our hosts Eaglewolf - Sharon Rainbow Eagle and Jim Graywolf - for today’s show on flow. Join Sharon and Jim this Wednesday, 1 PM MST, noon PST, 3 PM EST and 10 PM Israel time. Flow with us into 2014. Since we had another show booked - which did not occur - it seemed like a good time to work with going with the flow as a topic to replace today’s guests. Sorry for the late switch, but this is a show we wanted to bring to you, the listeners, soon anyway.

There are many teachings around going with the flow versus swimming against it and each can help with individual healing and growth. There is also a great deal of data on how going with the flow allows for positive group healing dynamics and energy as well.

Jim and Sharon have both learned, to some extent, to go with the flow of their own personal healing roads and their lives in general. This has allowed them to connect in many new ways and enter the flow of mind, body, emotional and spiritual wellness separately and as spirit partners. And to be in circles where this ‘flow’ energy is allowing for the healing needed in those groups as well. They will share their journey of flow, which has led to better health and spiritual understanding and welcome your stories as well.

With the changes we still face this year of 2014, it is a particularly good time to practice going with the flow. Fighting the flow will only cause one to burn energy or even drown in the current of the flow. We know ‘going with the flow’ sounds easy - but is it? Sharon and Jim will offer some pointers that will help. Pointers that they learned when they stopped fighting the current of change.
