Tonight we will be talking to John Cox of the Neighborhood legislature initiative which would revamp California's legislature to resemble Vermont's more citizen friendly system.  Neighborhood legislators would be responsible to 5,000 constituents and would get rid of much of the lobbyists money which corrupts our current system.
