"Arrivees": Unifying For a Ban on USA School Beatings!

"Arrivees?"  What's an "Arrivee?"  For what purpose are they needed?

Safe USA schools are becoming a "luxury" item in America today.  As a matter of fact, children attending school in the US "student-beating" state of Mississippi are likely to be struck with a wooden board for gaining obedience--unless they attend a private school--which automatically excludes the "socioeconomically-disadvantaged."  

One former Mississippi schoolchild suffering significant health issues from MS school abuse now, as an adult, told his Mississippi legislator, on the steps of the Mississippi State Capitol Bldg (meeting by chance) about the more than 50 school beatings he received in his primary and secondary Mississippi school years and how this brutality must stop.

The response of the Mississippi State Official:  "The only problem with corporal punishment in Mississippi schools is that they're not beating them hard enough!"
