December 14, 2012, a Friday.  The day that The Hitting Stops Here! began posting online warnings, more than 80 days in advance, about the conditions that USA schools would be left in, if US federal bill, "Ending Corporal Punishment in Schools Act," HR 3027, failed to be passed into law by this date.
