A group known as "Proud Paddlers," is led by a teacher in a US "Paddling State," who appears to "worship" the wooden board, sanctioned in her school for beating the buttocks of the developing human beings in their care, a practice proven by science to be harmful to a developing human beaing, even just the threat thereof.
