Don't Think, Just Be

You don't see the world as it is, you see the world as you are. What is real? When we blow a dog whistle, we can't hear what dogs hear, yet we know that when we blow it, something is emitted. The mistake is to believe that what you can experience is all there is to experience. The mistake is to believe that you are separate from everything else. The mistake is to think. Just be present to all that is and accept what the moment reveals.
