Better to See than Not See

What state are you living in now? No, not your physical location, but your eternal one. It seems that with each passing year, we accelerate ever-harder into a future filled with a cacophony of sight, sound, and distractions, no matter where we live on this planet. My life at times is a multi-tasking, rocket-fueled nightmare. By not 'seeing' who we really are, we get caught over and over again. Just this morning while I was doing Yoga in the hotel room, I felt jolted AWAKE. A light and lightness cascaded over me as to what Dr. Gunther was getting at with this week’s poem. I was living in a 'concentration camp' of my own making, residing right there in my mind, right there in the hotel room in Washington, D.C. Concentrating on this and that to such an extent that I was living quite comfortably in the ego/mind/drama. An urge to "WAKE UP!" came over me and I did?fairly time-shifted and right in that moment, into the wonderful space that being present creates. A very relevant subject indeed.
