When I tie directly to things that I think define my own happiness, ie: achieving a certain dollar milestone for the month/quarter, or the belief of financial security, or for example, having the support of my efforts in a way I believe is right, they may lead to the temporary high of an “ego” type of happiness. But what happens when what you want doesn’t happen? I'm a little too old to cry like a baby, but being angry, mad, maybe even sulking is not out of the question in some instances. But guess what? Not getting what I want, or avoiding what I don't want, is still all outside of me. All of it! Imagine basing your happiness on the rise and fall of the ocean currents when you could be the WATER beneath, or the SKY above. Even if you have had to, or are currently weathering, a "chronic sickness,” “chronic financial strain,” or "chronic family discord"?would you like to feel happiness right during that moment? Happiness is available to you?even with everything that is going on in your life, and the lives of those around you. You can have it, and you’ve come to the right place! Please join us this week when we explore ways to move into the "happiness" of being "complete" NOW, under all circumstances.
