Special Guest Elisa Akers was born in Miami, FL, where she was raised in a christian home. Her father was a pastor and he taught her the ways of God at an early age. After attending high school, Elisa found herself caught in the trap of worldly temptations. Finding herself associating with other teens that were not leading a Godly life,she found herself entangled with the appeal and appetite of the world. She has experience abuse, alcohol, drugs and every dark side of temptation. For more than a year she continued on this destructive path, until one day she found herself incarcerated. Elisa was all alone and had time to think and reflect on the goodness of God. During this period, she accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior. Since Elisa's release from prison, she has began a new walk with Christ. She is known for her various talents and gifts. Elisa is now one of the praise and worship leaders at her church.
