The Path Elements Profile (PEP) is for anyone who is looking for an assessment tool that everyone can understand and apply to a job, team, family or relationship.
Just about everything we do on our jobs, with a team, or in a relationship includes the ability to communicate effectively with another person.  Having the right language to build a team, create a culture or sustain a relationship makes all the difference for everyone involved.  PEP is designed to “get” people and as a result, people “get” PEP.

As a manager or team leader you have the task of listening to multiple individuals, varying emotions, and an array of actions in relation to GTD and demonstrating a genuine connection about the people you are leading and serving.  We have made it easier to increase your communicaiton through active listening.  By using PEP your language and actions are in alignment, making it an effective and natural way to lead teams.  Join the show this week as we discuss Active Listening with 'Water' types on a team.
