Fatima Djelmane is the Development Director of Proyecto Pastoral at Dolores Mission. Proyecto Pastoral is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization working in the economically and politically disenfranchised community of Boyle Heights to empower the community personally and socially by developing grassroots projects in education, leadership, and service. Proyecto Pastoral takes pride in its commitment to the local community as it plays a critical role in the planning, design and implementation of programs and services.
