Gravity Hill and the Effect the Full Moon has on people

Gravity hill, is it a natural occurance or an illusion of some kind? People have said they place their vehicles in neutral and there car begins to roll upwards at a very slow speed.  Others have said there are tiny hand prints on the back of their bumper, which indicates to them paranormal activity.
