In the Northern Hemisphere we are in the midst of harvest season. Lammas was celebrated at the beginning of August and Mabon was September 21st. The third and final harvest, Samhain, is about four weeks away. But what is harvest? To the farmers and gardeners it is obvious what a harvest is. But to those of us who live in the cities and are somewhat detached from the agricultural world, harvest can mean something very different.
KaliSara and RevKess will talk about both traditional harvest and the harvest of the community. With her involvement in farmers' markets and her own gardening endeavours, KaliSara brings to the table the traditional harvest of foods. With his community involvement and volunteer work, RevKess brings to the table the harvest o the community.
