Emotional Eating can mean seaveral things but tonight we are going to focus on the "WHY.

Can you say yes to the following?

  • You eat because the food is there.

  • You feel fat, depressed and feel rejected.

  • You feel consistently bored.

  • You find looking in the mirror a challege

  • You eat to avoid (family problems, finances, and work related issues).

  • You are over eating because of a bad breakup/divorce.
