Dr Kevin Talks to Energy Artist Julia Watkins

Dr Kevin’s guest, Julia Watkins, has pioneered an innovative new form of art known as Energism. Based on Tai Chi, these paintings use large colorful swirls that represent energy to demonstrate how people, animals and landscapes are all interconnected through a natural flow we can sense, but usually not see. Through Julia’s paintings, she illustrates the way energy moves through and around all living things. Julia talks to Dr Kevin about how her interest in painting, energy movement and connectedness came together after she had a dream that took her into another dimension. And she describes the challenges and rewards she has experienced in bringing this new art form to the world.
