"Acting Black" and "Acting White." What does it mean to YOU? (Round Table Discussion[RTD])

For YEARS, people have made the statement to those of a different ethnicity that they're "acting" like members of another race. What EXACTLY does that mean? Are certain actions ONLY made by people of a specific "race.?" Where do stereotypes fit into all of this?? Let's talk about it!!
