Police Shooting of Eric Garner and 12 Year old Tamir Rice End Grand Jury deliberations with no indictments

Mike Brown, Tamir Rice, a long list before them and a long list will be after them.  Let's discuss what we can do to minimize and eliminate this senseless loss of lives.  We will also discuss what science has to say about the possible biases, prejudices and white supremacy that can lead to this epidemic killing of Black men.
