As society continues to change we are seeing marriage rates dipping below 50% and in some groups like African Americans, drop below 30%.  Just what is America’s stance on marriage and what should it’s place in society be.

Here are some comments from the message boards just this morning:  Should women aspire to be married, should marriage be taught in schools, is marriage, is marriage simply "Gone with the Wind" and should men & women just be with each other as long as they want with no strings attached?

Use to be ant marriage but marriage has great value. Woman should not aspire to marry but aspire to find the mate worthy of their hand in marriage.
