If you ever wanted to hear about what’s really happening in Minnesota’s black community, tune in Wednesday night for our two-hour special program with north side pastor, activist and leader of New Salem Baptist Church; reverend Jerry McAfee.

The team of Ronald A. Edwards and Don Allen invite Rev. Mac to talk with us and inform listeners about the current 2016 legislative session and why some folks are not at the table. In a recent opinion published by the Star Tribune, St. Paul businessman Duane Johnson of St. Paul – who is the co-founder of Tuloko wrote: “I am skeptical of any black leader who claims to represent my interests as an entrepreneur without my input. Many of them have never owned or operated a business. They have never experienced the day-to-day hustle of entrepreneurship.”

There are several critical issues surrounding the group gathered to attain over $75 million dollars to address disparities in the black community and other minority-ethic circles.

The questions we have are:

Who picked these folks to represent black Minnesotans?

Why didn’t anyone call business people to the table?

What are the chances of the money being lost in translation?

If you don’t listen to any other program, this is the must listen on Wednesday night at 8:30pm on the Ron and Don Show.
