Minneapolis mayoral candidate Doug Mann says there is something wrong with the City of Minneapolis' creative financing on the new Minnesota Vikings Stadium.

"The cost to the city will be $680 million, not counting another 300 million dollars worth of revenue to be lost because of property that will be exempted from taxes, including the parking ramps that are tied into the stadium project, according to the text of the Vikings Stadium Act. The total cost to the city will be about $1 Billion."
