The Answer to Back Pain May Be As Easy As a Soak In the Hot Tub

With heat, massage and buoyancy, the answer to back pain may be a soak in the hot tub.

Heated Water Relieves Pain On Contact
Heat causes blood vessels to open, improving blood circulation, relaxing tight muscles in the back and relieving pain fast.

    Massage
High powered jets create a targeted massage to ease inflammation, reduce soreness and relax tight, stiff muscles.

    Buoyancy
In the hot tub, buoyancy can reduce body weight, making it easy to relax without placing pressure on the back. Hot tubs are designed with ergonomic seats, supporting you without strain.

To encourage local residents to check out the benefits of using a hot tub to help improve their overall health and well-being, Hot Spring Spas is providing free test soaks at all their showrooms. All Hot Tub Brands Are Not The Same - Tips for First Time Buyers

You’re not alone if you’re wondering  how to choose the right hot tub without spending a fortune. Here are a few pointers for first time buyers.

Look For Energy Efficient Models to Save You Money
Brands that offer LED lighting, pumps and heaters that prioritize energy use and use quality insulation for retaining heat will cut operating costs from day one.

    Jets: Think Quality Not Quantity
It’s far more important that the jets in the tub are positioned where you need them most and that you can enjoy a customized massage than it is to have hundreds of jets.

    Quality Dealers Mean Quality Brands
Buying from a reputable dealer with service technicians in-house ensures when you have a question or need service, you can get it resolved.

To encourage local residents to check out the benefits of using a hot tub to help improve their overall health and well-being, Hot Spring Spas is providing free test soaks at all their showrooms.

Minneapolis Public Schools don't alert parents about abductions

    in News

There is a white male, maybe more than one abducting little black girls in Minneapolis. Co-host Ronald A. Edwards called the Minneapolis Public Schools and asked why an “AMBER ALERT” or “ROTO-CALL” was not done. School officials said it did not meet the threshold. The Minneapolis and St. Paul Public Schools have failed children of color one to many times. Join us as we talk about education, some history about Minnesota and current events.

    Minneapolis' Bloody Summer 2014

    in Current Events

The city of Minneapolis must learn when you call the same people to the table over-and-over again to address the Minneapolis killing spree of children under 21; there must be a new perspective. So far, the dead bodies keep showing up in the morgue, victims of shootings that could have been avoided with the right opportunities currently not available in Minneapolis.

Our bland, antiquated black leaders, with the exception of Mr. KG Wilson are out to make a quick buck versus addressing the needs of the many young lives, buried deep in the black dirt.

Tonight we talk about the violence and why the city of Minneapolis will have the a killing filed for the summer of 2014.

The beating of Alfred Flowers by Minneapolis Police

    in News

As of this posting, community activist Alfred Flowers has been released from Hennepin County Jail. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the local politicians who put pressure on the city of Minneapolis and invite our listeners to tune in on Wednesday night to find out the series of events that led to Mr. Flowers arrest and release. We also will examine the role of some community leaders who sat by idle and could not make a move to the left or right because their hands are dirty.  The phone lines will be open. We invite you to listen and call in as the team of Ronald A. Edwards and Don Allen give you the news and information the mainstream media will bypass.

    Minneapolis: Public Safety and Shadows

    in News

According to the Star Tribune, the North Side Safety Summit was organized to examine ways to fight crime in troubled Minneapolis neighborhoods. Unfortunately, this DFL embedded group felt it necessary to exclude the voices of Minneapolis civil and political rights activists – to include members of the Republican Party of Minnesota. Sources told IBNN – Minneapolis city council president and Minneapolis’ “Godmother” Barb Johnson wanted a “quiet meeting.”

Many say in order for Black folks to really move forward we shouldn’t look to anybody to represent us. We need to represent ourselves. There is no person that represents white people. Racism is the motivating factor that keeps people of color from advancing. We must keep in mind; the spread of racism requires the destruction of an individual’s confidence in his/her own mind. Such an individual then anxiously seeks a sense of identity by clinging to some group, abandoning autonomy and rights, allowing groups to tell him/her what to think. Because we think of ourselves as a racial entity, we feel those of the same race are here to assist us in the struggle, when in fact the same people who are suppose to assist us, use black disparities to get money from the white philanthropic arm. Most of the money goes to their salaries.

Having Black leaders and all that stuff is just another way of self-oppression. We all have to represent each other, the sad thing is the people who come into the inner city and say they represent the Black folks and then jump into their expensive cars and go home to the suburbs paid for with the quid pro quo of politicians, it shows they have learned how to maneuver the system to their advantage. The cover-up is a full time job.

Tune in for a great conversation and some special guest updates.

No NAACP and plenty of shooting and killing in Minneapolis

    in News

Minneapolis, Minn. – There has been numerous shootings in the Twin Cities. Some of these incidents go unreported by the mainstream media who is in collusion with city officials that do not want to be embarrassed because of their new initiatives to attack youth violence by using beefed up law enforcement. This is nothing more than license to stop-and-frisk African American youth on the street who might look suspicious. The Twin Cities is getting more violent everyday as we move further into the summer of 2014. Public safety is at an all-time low. If you don’t believe me, walk down West Broadway Avenue between Lyndale and Bryant Avenue north between 2:30 and 7 p.m.
