Ron and Don will also discuss procedures by the Minneapolis Department of Civil Rights and it's director Velma Korbel and why no press conference has been called to announce an investigation into the taser death of Michael Cornelius Smith. On Monday, September 20th, IBNN NEWS and the National Research Institute demanded that the Minneapolis Department of Civil Rights launch an investigation into the death by police taser of David Smith. Sources tell IBNN NEWS that Smith was hand-cuff while being tased at the YMCA in downtown Minneapolis. Also, we hope to have the information from the Minneapolis Department of Civil Rights.
