Pastor Steve Upshur isn't one of those pastors who think that UFO's are all ficticious. He has has a personal encounter that he says was a cloaked UFO near a river. He wasn't the only witness. Steve will tell us about his encounter and quite a few other things he knows about what many would term "fringe" thoughts and ideas.
