That was one sweet show on Coping With Anger! Indeed, Ego tells itself that it is being strong by simmering or lashing out, but in truth the very process shows an utter lack of control and a disconnect from True Power! Greetings, dearest Adrienna I could not advise you without a full assessment. The approach is to assess clients before consulting. This is essential to knowing that the one you partnership with does this. Vegan is not for everyone. The most important lesson you could learn from what you heard is living wholistically and applications to bring balance is essential. My take is that anything passes on our path is for a reason. If we have to cross that path again then we shall. Before doing your fast if you have not already done so speak with a Naturopathic doctor in your area www.naturopathic.org. can we boil water instead of drinking distilled water? Other authors who speak about detoxifying your body suggest 'pure water'. I was thinking about buying a water machine to purify the water in near future. Thanks for your advice.

I was listening to the show on fasting. I can tell that I need one. However, I am not sure if I can become a vegan, where it focuses only on fruits and vegetables. I would like to still eat grains and protein such as beans if I went this route. I am over 30lbs overweight and feel horrible lately. I will be fasting next week for sure. I am thinking about starting tomorrow! I do not think I can go with only water. Thanks.
