In compliance with the Open Government Directive, federal agencies launched their "/open" webpages on Feb. 6th, along with a link for the public to give ideas about each agency's "Open Government Plan" (due April 6th). --- Also, OMB unveiled its "OpenGov Dashboard" for tracking agency progress (including its own) in improving Transparency, Participation, and Collaboration.
