Chicago Mayoral Candidate Dr. Willie Wilson is asking the Chicago City Council not to approve of the decision of the Cook County Board of Elections to close a number of precinct polling places, which Dr. Wilson says is infringing upon the voting rights of citizens, and may create a difficulty for the elderly and disabled.
