"If we are truly honest with ourselves, one of the most frustrating things to do is to wait.  We hate to wait for people, food at a restaurant, for someone to do what they promised, and we really don't like to wait on God!  I know, I know – that may sound strange, but it's true. Far too often we pray and ask God for things and instead of waiting, we go and manifest our own blessing because we thought God forgot about us. Why?  Because He didn't move when we wanted Him to. . .  The reality is God has not forgotten about us and never will.   The truth is we've got to get us in check.  We allow "us" to get in the way of what He wants to do – too often... "
