Dina Ruiz

For over 215 days, Dina has tirelessly led a stretch and yoga class each day on Instagram Live. The "Tribe," as we followers refer to ourselves has grown friendships and camaraderie through chatting with each other, and we all adore Dina. She is a vibrant and wonderful woman, that everyone will enjoy listening to.

Dina Ruiz has enjoyed a long and varied career in broadcast and print media. She is the former weeknight anchor at KSBW-TV in Salinas. She co-hosted the pioneering television show, Candid Camera with Peter Funt. Ruiz-Eastwood created, executive produced and starred in E! Network’s Mrs. Eastwood & Company while managing the pop-vocal band featured in the show, Overtone. Eastwood now spends her time behind the camera, writing features and a regular column for Carmel Magazine and Coastal Canine Magazine. She is the yoga teacher at the Boys and Girls Club of Monterey County and will obtain her masters degree in Creative Writing from San Jose State University in 2020.
