One day in early 2009, my supervisor at work invited me to a free seminar put on by sales coach Eric Lofholm. It was the first time I’d heard a coach speak. Eric spoke a little on how he dared to quit his five-year job at McDonalds, dropped out of college, and proposed to his girlfriend, all in the same day. He made all these changes with a purpose, and today he is a top sales coach.
