Interview with Chuck Lemieux

Charles is a young entrepreneur originally from Ottawa Ontario. He moved out to Alberta in 2003 with hopes to take his business to the next level. He started his own contracting company, which he still runs and is very successful. While running his contracting business Charles found it only natural to delve into real estate investing. Charles made his first real estate investment with only $4000.00 and continues to complete multi million dollars worth of real estate transactions. Charles has extensive training in real estate as he has worked with some of the most successful real estate mentors/investors and has since continued to mentor other up and coming investors. He has been apart of many real estate investment groups as well as mentored for them. Although Charles has done many types real estate investment, he specializes in wholesale and pre construction deals, lease to owns, multi-family acquisition, renovation projects and hard money lending. Charles learned early that in order to be forever successful in real estate he needed partners as it is only this way that you can continually invest in real estate. Thus, he has developed and extensive network of investment partners all over Canada. Charles, through his experience has learned and developed out of the box strategies that have proven critical in completing successful investments. During the recent recession of the global market, Charles has continued to provide his investors with steady, higher than average returns and has continued to create wealth for his investors through out the economic down turn with solid real estate investments.
