Freedom Speaks is hosted by Anita Wills a Writer, Author, Advocate and Activist in the San Francisco Bay Area. The shows focus is on Wrongful Convictions and Mass Incarcaration and it's affect on People of Color.  The first Shows' focus is on the Wrongful Conviction of Kerry Baxter Senior, who is serving a 66 year sentence under California's Three Strikes Laws. Kerry's case, like many others is one in which he was offered a Plea Deal, of 40 years for a crime he did not commit. When he refused to Plea Deal the Police and DA Set out to make an example of him.
