Join me this Sunday at 3:00 PM as I interview an incredible young family man by the name of Terry Awls that's doing extraordinaire things and inspiring young men to be the best they can be in their communities! Terry Awls made history in April 2007 becoming the first African American to GM at Sylvania Country Club. Terry was raised in the Ghetto's in a single parent household. He lived in a violent neighborhood in Toledo Ohio, but "Against the Odds" he was able to pull himself up by the boot straps at a young age to accomplish being the first African American to hold the position as a General Manager in a prestigious Country Club. Now Terry helps and mentors kids to believe that all things are possible no matter where they come from, if they believe in the power of determination.
