Bernadette spent over twenty five years driving change and delivering significant revenue and profitability improvements to clients such as Wal-Mart, Target Corporation, Office Depot, Sears, American Retail Group and others, in business consulting, organization development, management and leadership positions.
After twenty five years of creating havoc in corporate America, Bernadette has just published her first book, Shedding the Corporate Bitch, Shifting from Bitch to Rich in Life and Business…..as an apology to all of the road kill she left behind in her corporate life.
It also serves as her own accountability for the chaos she created for the people around her – including herself.
Bernadette also coaches, trains and speaks to individuals and businesses of how to discover, confront the negative mindsets and fears (what she calls bitches) that holds people back from realizing the RICHES in life.
Bernadette is the founder and CEO of two aspiring Atlanta, Georgia based companies, Ball of Fire Consulting, previously The Boas Group, a business management consulting practice, and Ball of Fire, Inc., a media, communications and publishing firm.
An Atlanta, Georgia resident for sixteen years, Bernadette is an avid cyclist, runner and dog park visitor, where you will often see her with her four-legged best friend Charlie.
