Ken Fortier is author and co-founder of NetPlus Connections. He teaches individuals and corporations how to master the art of authentic relationships. It's an art he learned first as a child, then as a student, and later refined when he managed multi-national teams at a Fortune 500 company to complete thousands of complex projects. Ken then founded Quantum Leap, a telecommunications company, teaching 20+ employees how to connect deeply with customers and prospects and growing the firm from $7,000 to more than $2.5m in sales in a few short years. Now, with the launch of NetPlus Connections, his passion is to change the world one person at a time by teaching others how to transform their relationship habits.
