I have enjoyed listening in Jamilah. You have such good advice and tips. The chemicals some commuters use that I've come across, on their hair was so powerful I'd almost have a blackout but now I see the natural approach has been adopted by many and the change I've noticed is significan, remarkable and definitely noticeable!
