Welcome to the show Doug Herald who earned a bachelors from Blue Ridge Institute in North Carolina with addtional credit work from Ohio State Univerity as well Xavier University located in Cincinnati, OH. With 26 years of experience in the food industry working with Sara Lee, The Wornick Co., and Zwanenberg Food Group USA, holding many responsibilities from warehouse, maintenance, as well operations. 

Throughout his Career Doug has worked hard in making difference in the lives of the people that he has worked for as a servant leadership style that drives deep employee engagement and continuous improvements. Over the last 7 years has Doug invested heavily in personal and emotional research to drive personal improvement now looks forward to share with people what he has learned.

Doug was born in Grant Lick, Kentucky, has a passion to teach the completeness of life and leadership completeness of life through what he calls, "Touching People for Time and Eternity". A recent Author as well of the book entitled-In Hope for Time and Eternity, which takes readers on the journey of Dougs life as he rises to success and finds emptiness at the top of the ladder causing him to look inward and discovering a true source of joy.
