Second Special NOAA Weather report for WA State Dec 20-21st, 2009

Like with yesterday's NOAA webinar concerning incoming weather of Western WA State, this updated information will prepare you for the new round of snow,frigid air,and icy conditions that are in store for all of us here in Western WA- newsreporters that were logged on, are reporting on these severe & extreme conditions and before the end of the webinar, the heavy snows were starting to fall again in some places.
