Jason is the executive director of the Michigan Minority Contractors Association (formerly NAMC) and the Real Estate Investor Association, Detroit Chapter.  He is the facilitator of the National Association Minority Consulting Engineers, Detroit Chapter and the Detroit Association of Planners.  Additionally he is a Collaborator with the National Organization Minority Architects, Detroit Chapter; and the Detroit Association of Realtors.  Jason has over 15 years in the commercial development, construction, and real estate industries.  Formerly with the Small Business Administration, Jason operated as a successful entrepreneur, having served as VP of Cole Financial Services, Inc from 1988 - 2008.

Jason's background and expertise includes Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, Marketing and Sales, Commercial Real Estate Lending and Investment.  His certifications include being a BOMA Facilitator Instructor and a CFS Commercial Lender. 

Jason is very active in the community and is involved with numerous associations including:
