NCLB Adequate Yearly Progress is a joke

NCLB means no child left behind but it's designed to leave millions behind because it has absolutely no accountabilty focused toward the individual. It only holds the students accountable by passing or failing the standardized test. In short it holds the children accountable to learning but it does not hold the teacher accountable to quality teaching. If the test measures the student why shouldn't the results be used to measure the quality of teaching. Quality in Quality Out.
