Come, for now is the time for worship!

Welcome to the Charismatic Universalist Church. Rooted in the ancient traditions of the first church, we celebrate within the Catholic Communion. However, we are a welcoming and affirming church trying to bring the joy, peace, and healing of Christ to a broken world.

The Bishop's Bible

Revelation Chapter 2

Does it really talk about a future end of the world? Or the end of the first century Temple period? Or the destruction of the Temple? Or our own deaths?       Yes, it does.

HomilySin, Christ, and the Cross.

In this classic Lenten sermon, Bishop Rake explains exactly what it is that Christ did. We say that, "He saved us" or that "He suffered for our sins." However, that doesn't really explain the mechanics of His life, death, and resurrection. What do we mean He "saved" us? From what? How? And why did He "suffer for our sins"? What does that even mean? This episode is vital for anyone who considers themselves and Christian and wants to know why.

Join our church for a spiritual mass.  We open with prayer and scripture, followed by Bishop's reflections on living the Gospel. Then we have our guided meditation prayer to help facilitate a person experience of God. Hymns, prayers for one another, and joy abound throughout.
