Sales of vacant lots are on the rise. According to Realtor.com, 32.4 percent more vacant lots were sold between January and October 2021 than in the same time period during 2020, and they say the increased activity in vacant lots is a result of the tight home sales market. 

Did You Know? It’s National Pi Day.

It may be National Pi Day, but it’s also national napping day. So that’s good news for those celebrating 3.14 with a delicious pie treat.
