   First up we've got Michigan Mafia's own Nick "NYK" Wey joining us to talk about his new team, his plans for 2011 and whatever else we can drag out of the veteran moto rockstar.

   Next Ryan Hughes is back on to talk fitness, organics, supplements and to help us break down 2011 SX from his own standpoint. Ryan has some ideas about who will and who won't for 2011, and we'll get his pre-season predictions and see how they stack up against real results when January rolls around.
