Once again there seems to be a need to state the obvious, this time to examine the very great distinction between ‘Works of Faith’ and ‘Miracles‘. In 2 Corinthians - Chapter 5 verse 7 Paul makes the claim for believers as to being, those who live by faith, rather than by that which is seen. Again, in Hebrews 11:1 faith is described as …substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Miracles are seen and therefore can’t be substantiated by faith, they can however, be confused as to being an evidence of faith being present in the apparent miracle worker, yet it is clear that if such were the case, then the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:22-23 to those who had spoken the future in the name of Jesus and had cast out devils in the name of Jesus and done many other wonderful works in his name and who called Jesus their master and owner, that, they were to get away from him as they were evil and not in a relationship with him at all. This would make no sense if their miracles were works of faith. So God willing, we will look at what the Bible says is a work of faith and how a lack of miracles is blessing the believer.
