Personal Management: Project and Time Management

In this day and age, it seems that we have more things to do than we have time in a day. This often leads to frustration and many unfinished tasks.

The key to successful completion of all we have to do is effectvely manage the task(s).  If we begin to see the tasks in a different light - as a small project for instance - we will be inclined to deal with them differently.  Managing these smaller "projects" will also help us effectively manage our time.  The end result is we will be more focused, manage our time much better, and we will see more completed projects.
