Praise the Lord and welcome to Episode 67 of A Work in Progress. Today we will begin in II Samuel 9:5-13. King David desires to show kindness for Jonathan's sake and will be able to do it for Jonathan's son Mephibosheth. Please, if possible, follow along in your Bible. Scripture teaches that "faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God". I will be reading from the King James Version (KJV) Bible, which I believe to be the pure Word of God.
