Criminal profiler Pat Brown casts a suspicious eye on Mr. Media!

In the early 1990s, Pat Brown and her then-husband took in a boarder to help pay the bills so Pat could stay home with the children. When a young woman was strangled on the neighborhood jogging path, Pat immediately suspected her boarder and quickly collected strong evidence against him. She took the evidence to the police but was dismissed as a silly housewife. As it turned out, Pat’s gut instinct was right, and six years later, the police finally brought her former boarder in for questioning. This incident proved to be the catalyst for what is now Pat’s life’s work, chronicled for the first time in THE PROFILER: My Life Hunting Serial Killers and Psychopaths, co-written by Florida-based writer Bob Andelman, a.k.a., Mr. Media.

THE PROFILER is the true story of how Pat became a profiler, interwoven with a series of irresistible true-crime puzzles. In almost every case, Pat turns the police away from their initial suspect and points them toward the more likely culprit. In THE PROFILER, Pat opens her case files to take readers behind the scenes of bizarre sex crimes, domestic murder, and mysterious deaths, going face-to-face with killers, rapists, and brutalized victims.

Pat Brown is a nationally known criminal profiler, television commentator, author, and founder and CEO of the Sexual Homicide Exchange and The Pat Brown Criminal Profiling Agency.
